Lamu has been at our shelter for over four years now. You may be wondering how a gorgeous boy like him hasn’t been snapped up in all that time. We are too! https://www.soidog.org/adopt/lamu-2525

Lamu came to us in 2018 after he met with a terrible traffic accident. He was terrified and wouldn’t make eye contact with anyone when he arrived. His hind leg was also badly injured and had to be amputated.

Although Lamu has made wonderful progress and moved past his scary ordeal, he’s still a little shy when it comes to new people and places. But with time, he shows signs of trust and comfort by asking for affection and pulling his signature move of rolling in the grass while kicking his three legs in the air!

Lamu is a total sweetheart, and he’s looking for a family that can dote on him and shower him with the love he so deserves. Could that be you? ❤https://www.soidog.org/adopt/lamu-2525
