Last week a family went to Gasing to get their dog euthanised. They had no choice as they were facing including having to care for a disabled child. The dog was very well taken care by the family and was in good condition and health. Let’s not be too harsh on them as we don’t know what drove them to that decission. Seeing this, the vet in Gasing declined to euthanise the dog. The family then said that they would be taking the dog to another clinic to be euthanised and the vet told them to wait for a while and contacted us. The dog is now with us, very much alive and well. Kudos to the vet and Gasing Vet for playing a pivotal role in saving doggo’s life. Up for adoption – interested, please ping us.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
