When Butterboy Was Just A Few Weeks Old, He Was Fo..

When Butterboy was just a few weeks old, he was found in a sandbag on the side of the road. It’s hard to believe that someone could abandon a helpless puppy in such a cruel way. 😥

With the help of animal lovers like you, Butterboy was brought to our hospital where he received the urgent treatment he needed.

Due to the severe glaucoma in his left eye, he sadly needed to have an enucleation. We were hoping that the glaucoma was only isolated to the left eye. But after a recent check-up, our veterinary team believe that Butterboy has also lost the sight in his right eye – making him completely blind. 😔

It’s not the outcome we had hoped for, and our hearts break that Butterboy has had to experience so much at such a young age. But with that loving embrace of his, Butterboy likes to reassure us that he’s not about to let anything get in his way. 🥰

If it wasn’t for your kindness, Butterboy wouldn’t have been given the chance to grow into the handsome, and friendly young dog he is today. We even hope that he has a chance to have his own forever home one day.

With your help, we are able to continue to provide a safe home for Butterboy, with all the loving care and reassurance he needs. Life on the streets is hard for any dog, let alone a blind dog. But your kindness helps to ensure that Butterboy will never have to experience that.
