🌟Dog of the Week🌟 Pigoya arrived in a total daze in March last year after being hit head-on by a speeding car. Sadly, the damage went deeper than the superficial wounds on her face. This poor girl had suffered serious head trauma and even lost the ability to stand.

Pigoya was immediately placed in our intensive care unit so she could receive the critical treatment she needed and so her neurological signs could be closely monitored.

It truly was touch and go for a while, and our vets couldn’t be sure that she was going to make it. But after a nail-biting 10 days, she finally turned a corner and began her recovery to the lively and loving girl she is today.
