Dumped

We receive calls everyday from people wanting to give-up their pets. Some of these dogs are as old as 12 or 13. If we keep taking in unwanted pets, we will run out of space for street dogs in need of help. People who cannot commit to be loyal to pets should not have any. You must be prepared to include your pets in all your plans. The most dispicable thing one can do is abandoning their dog. This man was caught on camera dumping his dog near the Awan Besar LRT station near OUG.
