A Kitten Dumpers Modus Operandi (from A Reader)

From one of our readers:
Yesterday, there is this indian foreign worker that rode a bicycle and dump kittens at various locations at my housing area. I heard a kitten meowing while I was bathing my dog. When I went out to have a look, I saw this little fella trying to cross the busy street in front of my house. I picked the kitten up, not sure what to do. After abt 20 mins or so, there’s this loud meowing again passing by my house. Saw this indian fella riding cycling towards a small road nearby, so went there to have a look. Found another kitten dumped there, exactly the same as the one that I’ve picked up.
I’ve got 6 cats at home, and they were not too happy with me bringing the kittens home. Called SPCA, was told that I can surrender the kittens to them, provided that I reached there by 4pm. Managed to reach there around 3.30pm. SPCA agreed to take the kittens in, but a long-term volunteerover there told me that the kittensmight be put to sleep on Mon if nobody adopts them by then. Was advised to take the kitten home and foster for a week, before sending them back to SPCA on Sat morning. I did not want them to be PTS, so i brought them home again.
At night, managed to pick up another kitten (suspect that it was dumped by the same indian fella) while coming back from dinner. My cats are already hissing and fighting one another for the entire time I tookthe kittens at home. This morning while walking my dog,I managed to locate another kitten near the kindergarden in front of my house. However, I did not pick this kitten up as he/she was hiding and I was unable to reach out for him/her.
Now I’ve resorted to place the kittens in an empty aquarium in my car porch. (Sorry, as this is the best way that I can do to foster them without getting my cats to fight with one another).
I’ve put up a pet profile in petfinder, hoping that othersthat saw their profile might be interested to adopt them. I don’t think I want to bring them back to SPCA. How would PAWS handle stray kittens? Will they PTS the kittens also?
I am asking as I do not think that placing the kittens in an empty aquarium is the best way to foster them, but if that is the best way to foster them before they get adopted, I will be doing that.
As I understand, PAWS also has a euthanasia policy but with its new cattery now, PAWS has the largest cattery in Malaysia so I assume they would have space. The euthanasia policy, as I understand, applies when animals are sickly, too old, too young, aggressive or there is insufficient space. For more information, please contact the relevant shelters.
