About 3 months ago, Hsin Yee contacted us for help to neuter a pack of about 30 dogs she just started to feed in PJ. We neutered about 20 dogs and with the balance of more than 10 dogs, with the help of her friends, she managed to neuter them.

From time to time, mbpj dog catchers would come and catch some of the dogs, Hsin Yee always bailed them out.

On behalf of TNRM, Hsin Yee went to MBPJ office and was told that the local government is going to develop the area where the dogs are. So Hsin Yee found a piece of small land and turned it into a mini shelter to house the dogs. We are in the process of shifting them in stages.

These 6 dogs were re-captured on Thursday, 4 were previously neutered and two not yet. They were sent for spaying after the catch.

At the moment, only two neutered dogs are still there. The last one/s standing is/are usually the hardest to catch since they have been caught once before.

We admired Hsin Yee’s tireless efforts, determination and dedication towards the pack of dogs. Without her, we don’t know what fate would befall them. Certainly a good example to follow.
