Subsidy For Vaccinations Of 3 Cats (Nicole Kuang�s)

We have subsidized RM60 for the vaccinations of 3 cats rescued by Nicole Kuang Wei Fung.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Ms Agnes tell me about your organization. You all are good people and treat animal good.

Sometimes, i see stray cat / dog not healthy or hurt, my heart pain and feel sad.

but vet charges is too expensive for me.

Luckily, you are here. Thanks so much!

I found a mother cat and 4 kittens around my taman few months ago.

I took pictures of them and post it to petfinder,

2 kittens were successfully adopted by people who love them.

but, now, the mother cat & 2 black kitten left.

you know, black cat is hardest to find a home.

Too sad, they are still a stray cat.

What can i do to them is, the best, is vaccination and spay & neuter. Right?

Now, the 2 kitten already 5-6 months old (i think), they need to be vaccination and spay for next month.

I wish to apply for subsidy for vaccination x 3 (mother cat + 2 kitten), and the spay & neuter medical fee for 2 kittens.

Application for: Vaccination

2. Kitten: Big-Dot
Gender: Female
Age: 5 months
Application for : Vaccination & Spay medication fee

3. Kitten: Small-Dot
Gender: Female
Age: 5 months
Application for : Vaccination & Neuter medication fee
