Berla Is Home. Berla Was Found On A Mushroom Farm ..

Berla is home 🏠

Berla was found on a mushroom farm in the neighbouring province of Phang Nga in 2020. She was only about three months old at the time and was in a heartbreaking state – skinny, hungry and neglected.

This beautiful brindle girl was brought to the Soi Dog shelter where she experienced safety, medical care and lots of love for the first time in her life.

After nearly five months at the shelter, Berla was chosen by our partner rescue The Barking Lot in San Diego and found her forever family soon thereafter. Here’s a short but sweet update from Berla’s mum:

“Berla is now named Pickles and she is doing great! She loves going on walks around town and going to the dog beach. She is so good with my girls. We recently got a kitten and they are best friends. She is a good addition to our family!”
