This female dog (possible Belgian Shepherd) has been at Scotland Villa for the last 4 days. Always in the same location. Wearing a blue collar, friendly, gentle dog. If you are the owner, please go there to get your dog. She’s not confined, but we’re told she doesn’t move around. (She is being given food & water.)
