Our First Successful Lead In The Philippines. Just..

❗ OUR FIRST SUCCESSFUL LEAD IN THE PHILIPPINES ❗

Just a few days after our billboards went up in partnership with Animal Kingdom Foundation, the first successful tip-off was received.

Raising awareness of the illegal trade, AKF have been receiving multiple reports of alleged dog meat activities from all over the country.

One particular tip-off from Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija caught the attention of the team, and immediately an operation was carried out in collaboration with the authorities.

A checkpoint was set up to intercept the transport of dogs bound for slaughter, which was just in time to catch a dog meat trader travelling with live dogs in cruel conditions.

The suspect was arrested, and six lives were saved.
