Chibolo was found by one of our mobile clinic teams at a landfill site when he was just two months old. Living alone among mounds of rubbish had left him dirty and sick, not to mention terrified. He was anaemic, feverish and infested with ticks and fleas, and he sat frozen in fear as our vets examined him.

Chibolo was cleaned up and given all the care a young pup could need. He’s now approaching his second birthday and is healthier than ever, not to mention handsome too. His emotional recovery is an ongoing one, but he’s a far cry from the terrified boy we once knew, and his shyness is certainly no barrier to him finding that perfect home.
