Haiz… They were thrown over the fence. They must have sat there since last night. All our residents were barking at them. They must be shocked seeing many dogs barking at them.

Should they jump down, the little one would be attacked by our senior citizens.

Please, stop throwing your pets onto our ground. These dogs are living creatures, NOT soft toys! Have compassion on breathing creatures.
