735 dogs vaccinated at the Phuket dog pound 💉

Every year, thanks to your donations, Soi Dog Foundation carries out a mass vaccination drive at the local government dog pound.

It’s a real team effort, with vets, rescue officers and community outreach staff all on hand to help the hundreds of dogs housed there receive vital vaccinations against six major diseases, including rabies, distemper and parvovirus.

The drive itself may take just a day, but our commitment to the pound is year-round. Your support sees Soi Dog visit the facility on a daily basis to ensure all dogs – new arrivals and long-termers alike ؘ– are not only vaccinated but also spayed/neutered, dewormed, protected against ticks and fleas and treated for any other health issues they might have.

Whether they’re living on the streets, at the Soi Dog shelter or in facilities like the pound, thank you for being there for the dogs of Phuket and beyond.
