Saved from the streets and now living his best life in the Swiss countryside!

Dorcas and his siblings were brought to Soi Dog when they were a few months old. They’d been born in an area where they were not wanted or welcome and desperately needed safety.

After such a tough start to life, Dorcas was understandably shy and wary of new people. But with the help of our amazing behaviour team, Dorcas grew in confidence and was soon ready to find a forever home.

Last December, Dorcas waved goodbye to his siblings and left the shelter to start his new life in Switzerland.

“We have to thank Soi Dog for choosing Dorcas as our new family member,” said Dorcas’ adopters. “You did such a great job. We couldn’t imagine that there would be another dog who matches so perfectly as Dorcas does!”

Dorcas is a perfect example of how the right home and the right family can help a shy dog come out of their shell ❤️
