A word of advice from Andi Brown, extracted from an FB exchange:
One of the things that I am really concerned about is that a lot of the people who are in our group have begun to incorporate “other” things into the pet’s food, when those ingredients are not what I recommend or have personally worked with for the last 25 years. Since I have SO MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH CONSUMER FEEDBACK from my recipes and other people’s recipes.. I urge EVERYONE to STICK with the ingredients that are in my book or on my blog. (from me.. mostly). There is obviously something in the food that shouldn’t be there.. Please go back to my original recipe and start over. Only when you have stabilized your pet, should you venture down a different path and try something new. But it should be done with an OPEN EYE AND AN OPEN MIND AND WITH CONCISE STEPS and a bit of caution.. I am going to also post this to the rest of the group, because so many people seem to be picking new ingredients that have not been tried and time tested and could be causing more harm than good. Remember that I have worked with thousands of pets and had so much feebdback, that I have a very good sense of what works for most pets! I love you and I know what you do is for the greater good of your sweet ones. Now start at the beginning and DO keep us posted! xoxoxoxoxo http://www.thewholepetdiet.com/
