Hoshi Was Four Years Old When He Came To Our Shelt..

Hoshi was four years old when he came to our shelter in 2014 for treatment after getting one of his legs caught in a wild snare. The damage to his leg was so severe that it had to be amputated.

Fortunately, Hoshi made a full recovery and didn’t have to wait long to find his forever home. He was adopted by a loving family in Canada the following year.🇨🇦 It’s been seven years now since this precious three-legged boy joined their family. Here’s a little update from his mum:

“Having Hoshi in my life for the past 7 years has been such a privilege. I’ve been through some tough times and Hoshi was the one constant and positive in my life. He is so sweet and loves kids and is amazing at catching treats!

Hoshi is going to be 12 soon and he’s healthy and happy and living his best life! He’s learning to use his wheelchair so he’ll be able to run around and have fun for years to come!“
