It’s almost here!

Join us on 11, 18 and 25 June 2022 for our Flora Saturday Series.

The first session will feature Datuk Dr Saw Leng Guan, the former curator of the Penang Botanic Gardens, who has 40 years of experience working on plant taxonomy, ecology and the conservation of Malaysian flora. He will be sharing valuable insights on the status of Malaysian plants and the Malaysian Plant Conservation Strategy.

On 18 June, Mr Surin Suksuwan will be covering a very interesting topic on plant and human interactions. Last but not least, as a closing to our Flora Saturday Series on 25 June, Dr Shamsul Khamis, a senior lecturer from UKM, will be conducting a bilingual talk (BM and English) about floral diversity at Fraser’s Hill.
