Localising The Sustainable Development Goals Sdgs ..

Localising the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the grassroots level is a critical step towards achieving them. This week, WWF-Malaysia and 18 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) came together to principally agree to form an alliance for Sabah. This establishment of the CSO–SDG Alliance aims to achieve the common goal of implementing and localising SDGs.

Working towards achieving the SDGs is a big step forward for the environment. The goals recognise that we all depend on the planet’s natural resources – its forests, rivers, oceans, and lands – for our social and economic wellbeing.
