Fb Live: What Is A Living Landscape?

Join us on April 14th at 9:30 AM for the finale session of our Environmental Speaker Series, organized by WWF Malaysia and sponsored by the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur.

This time, we’ll ask the question “What is a Living Landscape?” This approach is considered a nature-based solution to climate change, but is it realistic? What are its challenges and opportunities?

This talk will feature Jessica Brown, Executive Director at New England Biolabs Foundation. Jessica’s work focuses on stewardship of biocultural landscapes, community engagement in conservation, and governance of protected areas. She will be joined by Datuk Frederick Kugan, Chief Conservator of Forests, Sabah Forestry Department. The session will be moderated by WWF’s very own Sabah Landscapes Programme Leader, Dr. Faisal Mohd. Noor.
