Ever heard of the adventures of #SangKancil? 🤔💚
A favourite from Malaysians’ childhoods, the small yet clever creature is actually a Lesser #MouseDeer! 🦌😲
Found in forests and savannahs across Southeast Asia 🌏🌳, they are generally reddish-brown in colour with white underparts. Lesser mouse-deer are shy and generally solitary animals, and when alarmed they may repeatedly and rapidly stomp their hind legs 🤯🦵.
