This woman pucked up two puppies from the streets. Giving an excuse that she has no time for them – and that they poo all over the place, and also that she is not used to them jumping on them – she dumped them. She then posted another video of her going and leaving food for the puppies at the location where they were dumped. When will people ever learn that they should rehome instead of dumping?
