My Internet Connection Is Down

Hi everyone,
In case you are trying to reach me online, please be advised that I have no internet access until I can make the Unifi people understand that I am requesting for a technician to come fix my phoneline (which is down) and my Unifi signal (which has only been at 2 bars ever since it was installed – long hair-pulling story, will spare you the details). A long phonecall to their customer consultant last night resulted in my losing quite a bit of hair – I failed to convey the message to them, so I’m going to try again later.
How does one call 100 when one’s landline is down, right?
You’d think you opted for Unifi because it is purported better than Streamyx?
Sigh….I’d reserve my comment on this for now.
Till better internet-unifi times, I bid you farewell.
P.S. I’m using my daughter’s Celcom broadband to write this, and will only have it until she goes back this evening. So, if you don’t see any new posts, please pray the Unifi people will understand that I need a technician.
Updates at 12noon – Hooray, I managed to speak with a consultant who understood my problem and now, the internet connection is fixed!! The phoneline is still down, though….never mind. That’s the next challenge to surmount.
