Poor Reffa was sick and left all by himself for several months before someone reached out to us for urgent help. He has multiple skin infections and blood parasites which caused excessive accumulation of fluids in his legs… It was just heartbreaking to see this sweet dog and imagine the pain he must have suffered 😥💔.
