Today begins Spay and Neuter Awareness Month. 🐕🐕

Celebrated all around the world, this month serves as a reminder that sterilisation of pets is the key to ending the suffering of homeless animals we see everyday.

In the USA alone it is estimated that at least 2-3 million pets are euthanised, majority due to lack of available homes. Here in Thailand street dogs as well as cats are a common occurrence. These animals have lived on the streets for generations and is considered a ‘fabric of society’.

However as they are not owned there is no one responsible for their welfare, leaving them vulnerable and easy targets of disease and abuse alike.

Soi Dog Foundation’s main mission is to spay and neuter these street animals through our CNVR (Catch I Neuter I Vaccinate I Return) programme.

To date we have sterilised over ⭐650,000⭐ dogs and cats and are now sterilising more companion animals than any other organisation in the world. 💪

Your support has propelled Soi Dog’s CNVR programme beyond Phuket to Bangkok and other parts of Thailand.

We aim to expand our mobile clinic teams and sterilise 200,00 animals during 2022.

None of this is possible without your amazing support.🙏🧡🙏

Join us to celebrate #spayandneutermonth throughout the month of February.
