Update on Jason:

1. Jason went in for follow up today and his red blood cells dropped from 22 to 16.

2. Jason’s health condition is deteriorating because of the cancer in his lungs and the vet has given him the Darbepoetin jab to increase his red blood cells

3. Jason, who is a retired blood donor, is currently under palliative care at our half-way-home

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
