Ryan was a homeless pup of a year old when he was brought to our shelter for emergency treatment. He was in a very fragile state with a painful-sounding cough and cloudy blue eyes.

Ryan received the treatment he needed to help him regain his strength, including a special diet and surgery on both of his eyes. Unfortunately, his left eye couldn’t be saved, but the vision in his right eye was restored.

His traumatic experience on the streets has left Ryan timid and shy, and he is constantly lost in the crowd of more jumpy and smiley dogs.
