Sabaijungfive Was One Of Hundreds Of Lucky Rescues..

Sabaijungfive was one of hundreds of lucky rescues that you helped find a #furrytailending for in 2021 🏠

“Sabaijung” means “super fine” in Thai, and the “five” helps distinguish her from her six other siblings. The Sabaijung family arrived at Soi Dog in 2019 as traumatised puppies after being rescued from an abandoned construction camp.

Some of the siblings went on to find their forever homes – one in Thailand and two in Canada. It took Sabaijungfive a while longer, but she finally found hers after two years at the shelter.

Following in her siblings’ pawsteps, Sabaijungfive joined a home in Canada. Her adopter had seen her profile on our website, felt an instant connection with her and knew she could offer her the calm home and loving support she needed to help bring her out of her shell.

Sabaijungfive – now known as Sabai – arrived ahead of the holiday season, just in time for her first Christmas. As a Thai street dog who had never experienced the cold, she preferred to celebrate indoors and enjoy the Christmas tree lights instead of venturing outside.🎄 However, her adopter hopes that, once fully settled, Sabai will be ready to brave the snow and join her and her other dog Jango on walks through the beautiful forests close to their home.
