This poor boy was in truly heartbreaking conditions when he was rescued. A local resident saw Faven struggling on the street, extremely weak and vulnerable. Faven was not only hit by a car, he also had a maggot infested wound on one of his front paws. On top of all of this, he also had scabies and a severe flea infestation 😥😥. Our vets thought Faven was not going to make it, but he defied all the odds and showed incredible strength! Thanks to your kindness, he received the urgent medical care and treatment he needed to have his life saved and make a full, unbelievable recovery. 😱😻 His injured leg was amputated and he has wonderfully adapted to his new life as a tripawd!

Faven is still very shy and wary around humans, but he is now back to his handsome self and is slowly coming out of his shell!
