Hi Dr Chan,

Good news! “Brownie” a.k.a Lulu has an owner! His owner spotted him and inquired. We asked a million questions to make sure that he is really Lulu’s owner and our guts tells us that he really loves Lulu and plans to bring him back to India with him in a few months time! � So anyway, I will not be applying for any subsidy for Lulu’s treatment as he is not a stray and plus his owner has offered to repay the treatment. Thanks for your advise and help through your blog all this time!
