TODAY IN HOUSTON….

Another fine day in the city of Houston, Texas where trick-or-treating is a year round activity for the strays who walk through neighborhoods in search of something good to eat. These are just a few of the hundreds of animals who ate today during the rounds of volunteer feeder Sonya Franklin.

Sonya feeds so many on her patrol, and most are in need of the whole nine yards including sterilization, vaccines, flea/tick medicines and basic first aid. Every month Sonya brings as many as she can into foster care and they begin to get complete veterinary care and preparation to find loving homes.

Today we salute all of you, especially our monthly donors, who make it possible for us to help contribute food for these animals each month.
