The rope around her lower back left a deep mark that could have easily become infected… Things could have turned a totally different way for Whitney 😥🐾 Thankfully, she was found by a local resident and rushed to Soi Dog. Whitney’s lower back was so tightly squeezed by the rope it was a miracle she was still alive when rescued. If she had not been rescued, Whitney would not have survived much longer.
