Jangan hanya anjing dan kucing jalanan diambil tindakan kerana kononnya mendatangkan kacau ganggu, kekotoran dan bahaya awam. Asalkan ada seekor dua kucing dan anjing jalanan maka kerja menangkap dan melupuskan nyawa mereka dilakukan cepat. Masalah penternak yang biadap dan tidak bertanggungjawab juga peru perhatian serius.
