Update on Mario:
1. Mario has been sedated just for thorough wound cleaning procedure
2. His left elbow got a huge necrotising wound with maggots. The vet have cleaned and debride some of the tissue
3. On his neck region, the skin doesnt look healthy and there is some tiny holes of maggot wounds
4. The vet suspect it could be hot water scalding at the neck region
5. He is in bad condition, so he is still on drip, antibiotics and pain killer

Update on Jack:
Based on the bones and teeth, Dr Lian estimates Jack to be about 2 years old and with his pleasant and friendly personality, it is suspected he might be a lost dog or someone has been feeding him very frequently.
Each time during feeding, he is very eager to eat by himself and would throw tantrums and feel frustrated for not being allowed to do so as he is still on tube feeding to decrease oral wound contamination and bone reduction stability.

Update on Sam :
Dr Lian has done the 1st surgery for Sam – reconstruction right hind distal harris fracture with multiple pins. During the surgery, there eas massive bleeding as the vet need to break away all the callus/new bones to reduct/reconstruct the bones and there was also massive adhesions and muscle injuries.
