Wonderful Mission For Homeless Cats

Lamia Enan closes the front door behind her at 4:30 each morning, setting off on feeding rounds for well over 100 homeless cats. The Egyptian-born rescuer starts pouring sacks of kibble in the port area first, before daybreak, because those cats are at greater risk of being hit by cars rushing to the ferry. Afterwards, groups of cats in less traveled areas are fed and given fresh water. Wandering geese and chickens commonly join the feast. The cats are spayed/neutered but people bring her kitten...

New rescued cats today!
Thanks to a kind rescuer Wan Aiman for taking good care of them and brought them in! The mama and kittens will be vaccinated, spayed/neutered and rehomed in 3 months time!
The other 5 kittens were found dumped in our compound without any medical history but they’ll be treated the same like other rescues and also will be ready for new home in 3 months time!
*although our quarantine room is now full but we can still vaccinate, deworm/deflea, spay/neuter your animals...

We Went Back To Seri Kembangan Dog Catching Yester..

We went back to Seri Kembangan dog catching yesterday. Two female dogs fed by Becky were in heat and its crucial that we get them for spaying and we did. Also another male dog that was hanging around them.
The urge to mate with the females was so strong that the male dog managed to tear open part of the cage ( last picture ). Looks like we need to get new sturdy cages.

Today We Set Up Our Trap In Cyberjaya To Trap One ..

Today we set up our trap in Cyberjaya to trap one of the females from this pack fed by Zura and Zita but she was very elusive. We staked out for hours and she was no where to be seen. Hours later the rest of her pack started to show up and we finally managed to trap another female from the pack. She has been sent to our panel vet for spaying, vaccination and eartipping. Thank you to her feeders for sponsoring her vet costs ❤️

Update on Baby who is admitted at Gasing Vet. Baby is having hypertension. Her bp is 199/113 (normal bp is 120/80) and the vet said she might have had mild stroke yesterday as she was walking in zigzag. The hypertension might be caused by the increased kidney value from 200 to 600. She is on drips now and on medications to bring down her bp. She is eating the food that was brought over. Please send positive vibes to our baby.
