Buddy always deliver.
But, better still, he must be leashed and walked with owner when outside of house compound.
Or Local authorities will round him up as free running unleashed dog whether it be licensed or not as this is against the local bylaws, and yes you may have to pay a fine of some tidy sum to bail it out....please take note..

WWF-Malaysia extends our heartfelt thanks to Flex Foundation for awarding us the grant this year. The Turtle Nesting Monitoring project in Melaka covered under this grant will enable WWF-Malaysia to carry out collaborative turtle egg protection including egg trade monitoring, towards conserving the critically endangered hawksbill turtles.
