Remember Last November When This Little Guy Photo .. 31st Jan 2023, by SPCA Penang
Remember last November when this little guy (photo 1) was abandoned outside our gate? We appealed for a fosterer and were delighted when these lovely people (photo 2) took him in. They named him Nelson and today brought him back to the shelter for an adoption photo (photo 3) - yes a "foster fail" - Nelson is staying with his foster family! What unusual markings he has ❤

This Little Kitten Was Found Wandering On A Street.. 31st Jan 2023, by TNRM Malaysia
This little kitten was found wandering on a street at Dutamas when our member was running his errands last night. He was told by a shop assistant that 5 kittens were dumped at this area earlier. We don’t know where the other 4 are but we plan to look for them later.

A few days ago our workers noticed that Thor had pale gums. We then brought him to Gasing and the prognosis was not very good. Apparently Thor was suffering from a longstanding chronic kidney disease a...

Update The Puppy Has Been Adopted. Sweet Male Pupp.. 30th Jan 2023, by TNRM Malaysia
💙Sweet male puppy for adoption 💕🌷
This sweet and friendly male puppy was recently found by security guards abandoned at an apartment carpark. He looked well fed and relatively clean, which is why we think he can’t possibly be a stray.
Unfortunately, no one has come forward to claim him, so he is currently being fostered. However, the fosterer’s own dog is very territorial and thus unable to get along with him.
In general, he has a very good temperament, very friendly with humans...

Srigow1305 On Tiktok 30th Jan 2023, by Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better
Dear all,
The Department of Veterinary Services is also apparently looking at getting all independant rescuers registered for permits. Initially we were unable to understand the logic behind this but after seeing what is happening currently - we understand. While there are many independant rescuers that work hard for the animals, there are some that use them to earn a living. This started during the MCO. There was the big scale Pet Journal scam but on a smaller scale, there arose a smaller gr...
