There’s a surge in the number of puppies lately. Some of them are dumped at the market, some of them rescued from nearby our shed, some are from other rescuers.. the list goes on. Miki, around 7-8 weeks,returned. Reason for Return: Noisy and attention seeking. What we have to say : Young puppies do cry for attention. How would one feel suddenly been left all alone in a new environment, without mummy and siblings? They need assurance that they are safe in a new home. Do not adopt a young puppy if you are not able to provide the attention they need. Do not expect them to be what you picture them to be. Miki is up for adoption again!

Besides looking cute and adorable, these are how the furrizens spend their time during the adoption drive =) Sleep… which also happen to be my fave past time :D Play! A new rescued pup by Mrs Lai last weekend. She was named Manja because according to Mrs Lai, this cutie came closed to her and let her hugged her when Mrs Lai delivered a vaccination card to one of the adopter of our adopted dog. Dato Dr Abd. Aziz, the Director General of The Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) convened a meeting in Putrajaya with several animal welfare groups (NGOs) with a view to discuss the shooting of dogs in the country. The meeting was triggered off by the shooting of a therapy dog belonging to an elderly lady in Ipoh several days prior.
