The Blueys' First Day In Their New Home! (photo Updates) 24th Oct 2011, by AnimalCare
I've been in sms and phone communication with Mr Teh and Andy ever since the Blueys arrived at their new office-home this morning. They are both doing well. Bagheera seems to have adjusted very quickly and is behaving as the dominant one. Mr Teh had told me earlier that Baloo appeared to be shy. Yes, Baloo IS the shy one and is also not as courageous or adventurous as Baggy. Looks like in a new environment, Baggy has claimed her dominant status! And to think Baggy is the younger one and was brou...

A Female Cat Spayed (Teh Kar Bin's) 24th Oct 2011, by AnimalCare
Teh Kar Bin brought another female cat for spaying today. I visited the cat after my round at the post office and making another house delivery of tshirts. Here's the cat right after the operation. The vet says this is one of the smallest adult cats he had ever seen. She is only 1.55kg! But yet, based on the teeth, she is more than 6 months old. The vet said the only other smaller cat (in size) would be my little Vixey, who had a growth problem. The vet suspects this cat may also have ...

This Is Part Of AnimalCare Work, Too... 24th Oct 2011, by AnimalCare
Today, I had many parcels of books and tshirts to post, but there was an incredibly long queue at the post office. Why, I don't know...Both post offices in Subang Jaya have completely run out of Poslaju plastic bags, so I have to wrap all the parcels now. That big parcel of books is my latest books, for the layout artist. He lives in Kelana Jaya, but with my absolutely hopeless sense of direction, I figured it would probably be cheaper for me to just post the books to him than waste petrol going...

Just Up, The Temporary Extended Shelter 24th Oct 2011, by Second Chance
Due to the overcrowding of homeless furry frens at the shelter, we have been keeping some of them under temporary shelter outside the shed. In fact, there were two of them.. It is definitely not an ideal place for the dogs, but there’s only so much we can do due to increasing number of dogs and the limited resources we got. But thanks to the very much needed help of a few good men ( it is really a great relief to have some guys around to help us out ), we got a temporary extended shelter set ...

One day, one of our security guards Mr.Chong, found her dead in our basement carpark, stomach was badly bloated. She had left behind 2 new-born kittens beside her. Midnight Games For The Blueys 24th Oct 2011, by AnimalCare
The Blueys love MESS. Andy Lew might have to mess up his office a bit, or least the cat-room, because the Blueys love little nooks and corners, cardboard boxes, and anything that can be part of a new game. They love ribbons, too. That's a round of hide-and-seek. They have lost their ball and the feather by now...but all they actually need are simple toys that stimulate them into creating games to play.In the last one week, they have become less dependent on Uncle Bobby, preferring to lie on t...
