Thanks so much to all the donors, so far, we only received Rm3,852 and we still need Rm29,992.43 to cover all the bills. Our funds are running very low, please help us help them, we don’t mind the hands on works but we need funds to go on. Please find it in your heart to contribute. No amount is too small. This dog has skin cancer and was rescued by independant rescuer Pretty Subramaniam. We had helped a little with funds and were considering euthanasia if condition deteriorated. Surgery was carried out and the vet managed to remove some of the lesions. The dog is also very energetic and has a good appetite and deserves a chance to live. The vet, Dr Wong, has reccomended she takes oral chemotherapy drugs which can shrink the lesions. We will be giving RM3,000 from the late Banting Boy to pay for t...

FUND RAISING FOR THIS DOGGO ENDS NOW. The person who spotted doggo, became the rescuer. Please give Sheryn a big virtual pat on the shoulder. She followed all instructions accordingly and did a very food job. She will keep tabs and monitor the dog which has severe tick fever and can hardly move. Hope it pulls through. The only way to address the plight of street dogs is to propagate and promote rescuing amongst the general public. A rescuer has been created today.

Someone asked us about a previous account number we used for MDDB. I think we best clarify to all. When we started operations, we had no plans to have MDDB as a long term project. Then the number of dogs multiplied and we registered MDDB CANINE WELFARE PROJECT. no one had called to offer help to the young girl Sheryn who spotted the dog. We told her to bring dog to a vet near her as she would need to do the monitoring. She has done that. Apparently dog has severe tick fever. The clinic is also short of cages and can only take dog in if there is a cage. If someone can lend a cage, pls call Sheryn at 0189641996.
