Baggy Gains Lots Of Confidence! 9th Jun 2012, by AnimalCare
I think I can safely say that Baggy has fitted in very well now. She troops all over, including across my laptop and desk while I’m doing my work, and she mews to let me know what she wants. She even taps me on my arm, sometimes.
Sleeping on the shelf, which is normally Bunny’s favourite “leoparding” place.
Sitting with Indy, observing Tabs.
The self-appointed guardian of the books?
Lounging at the Clubhouse.
Her territory is on my desk.
And on my laptop.

Updates From Imm’s Shelter (from Judy Chua, Ipoh) 8th Jun 2012, by AnimalCare
On 4th March 2011, my friend, Judy Chua, wrote to me about how Oei Phaik Imm was barely managing at running her shelter in Ipoh. Things were really bad at that time and Imm was desperately in need of emotional, financial and physical help. Imm was on the verge of a breakdown.

I blogged for help and emails were blasted out. Help poured in most generously and within weeks, things were in place again, slowly b...

Bobby’s Indigestion Problem 7th Jun 2012, by AnimalCare
For the whole of last week, Bobby had been very difficult to feed. He didn’t seem to want to eat and had to be force-fed. I thought he was tired of the home-cooked food, so I gave him canned food. It was then that he threw up all the food, and had those gluey stools again. It is pasty, like glue.
That day itself, I got him Gentle Digest, which is prebiotics and probiotics for dogs and cats. The last time, it worked very well for him. Luckily my vet has it.

Indy’s Double-Escape! 7th Jun 2012, by AnimalCare
This morning, when I came downstairs and fed the cats, Indy was no where to be found. I searched everywhere in the room and garden and he was not in Bunny’s Place!
After a frantic search, with all the cats following me (including Baggy), I found Indy right outside the Stargate – exactly where Mr G hangs out every evening. The naughty boy must have escaped sometime during the night and wandered out for a midnight stroll. I couldn’t figure out how on earth he got out, though, but...
