We have fully sponsored the neutering of this neighbourhood male cat. Shahrizad and her friends are doing One-Street CNRM in the SS19 area. The cat will be returned to the colony.

A Sad Dog-Case At Bandar Kinrara 5 19th Sep 2012, by AnimalCare
Today, a reader texted me for the contact details of Pet Memorial Services. This reader had spotted a dog lying lifeless at the roadside at Bandar Kinrara 5. The dog had a collar so it probably belonged to someone in the neighbourhood. The reader has requested that I post this just in case the owner is looking for his/her dog and also to alert everyone that they must never let their pets out unattended.
The reader paid for the dog’s burial. We thank her for her great compassion.

Tun Mustapha Park Expedition 6th - 26th September 2012 19th Sep 2012, by WWF Malaysia
From 6 to 26 September 2012, a team of scientists from Malaysia, the Netherlands and Australia will be on an expedition in the proposed Tun Mustapha Park, Kudat, Malaysia. The expedition is organized by Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Naturalis Biodiversity Centre, Sabah Parks and WWF-Malaysia.
This Tun Mustapha Park Expedition (TMPE) will assess aspects of marine biodiversity and ecology, and socio-economic benefits of the marine ecosystems to local communities in the proposed Park.

Since the launch of the Tun Mustapha Park Expedition (TMPE) on 6th September, the research teams have been diving an average of three dives per day. Visibility the first few days was murky, according to Robecca Jumin, SSME Manager from WWF-Malaysia, but on the fourth day she was able to take photos of reefs around Stragler Island

Hi, i'm from penang.. Today we was trying to catch a badly wounded (fur gone might due to abuse, both back leg limping) puppy to see a vet but was unable to do so as the puppy was afraid of us and run into hiding and it was too dark for us to find him. I was hoping you guys can message out to other good Samaritans in pg area to help us out tomorrow. We plan to catch and sent him to a vet. We will ...

The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovations (MOSTI), Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili, launched the Tun Mustapha Park Expedition (TMPE) in Kudat on 6 September. Two liveaboards and four speedboats departed from the Kudat Marina to embark on the research trip. They will be making about three to four dives per day. FEMALE SPITZ found wandering around USJ 13. Please claim if this is your dog, she is 7-8 years old and walks with a slight limp. She has weak hind legs and she was wearing a red old collar ( little torn) when she was found. Please call 012-218 7382. *dog will be put up for adoption if no one claims soon!*
