POODLE FOUND in Pulai Utama, Skudai, Johor. He had a chain and leash on him. Might be someone's lost pet. He has got wounds on his face. Rescuers can't keep the doggie long, as she herself has 3 dogs. Please SHARE to help find the owner or a FOSTERER, thank you!
