We have fully sponsored RM1560 for the vaccination of 104 dogs looked after by Kelly Tan and Jacinta Emmanuel in various locations in Ipoh and Tanjong Rambutan.
At their Tanjong Rambutan Shelter: 60 (first vaccination) + 20 (booster)
At Kelly’s Ipoh house : 9 dogs
At Jacinta’s Ipoh house: 6 dogs

Hi Everyone,
Last year 2012, SPCA Penang Ambulances had picked up 1142 cats and dogs. 509 cats and dogs were surrendered by owners and another 660 were brought in by members of the public. Two others ( a rabbit and a hedgehog) were found dumped. This makes a total of 2311 animals received. 180 homes were found and this is not enough. It is our fervent hope that year 2013 will see more homes found and less animals being abandoned or given up.
