Dr Veeranoot’s Cat-Family Is Finally Adopted From PAWS!

Great news to end the year, folks!!
This story goes back one-and-a-half years when Dr Veeranoot decided to rescue a pregnant mother-cat off the streets in Section 17, PJ, on one rainy day. [Appeal from SOS]This dog has prostatic cysts that cause him difficulty in urinating and most of the time passing out blood in his urine. An ultrasound was carry out this afternoon where the vet identify the growing cysts. Vet suggest to undergo surgery to remove the cysts before it grows too big and causes complete blockage. Surgery itself cost RM800.

Meeting Nellie, The Rescued NKVE Dog, Also For Adoption (Mary Yap’s)

Our friend who rescued the NKVE dog brought the dog to PAWS for temporary shelter. I drove to PAWS and Mary arrived later.
The dog is a very friendly and happy dog despite her limping front paw. She greeted everyone.
For now, she is called Nellie.
