As we prepare to welcome the Year of the Snake, SPCA would like to advise pet owners not to adopt/buy a Snake. Snakes are not suitable to be in our home environment.

Well, it may be the top of our garbage compartment, but it’s pure bliss for the boy.

Starry Released…and Comes Back!

This morning, Mr G was here for breakfast, but Ginger was missing.
Starry ate heartily.
He also urinated and looked completely fine.
He’s an absolutely friendly cat.
Ginger soon appeared. He did not want to join the rest in the patio. I think we have a jealousy issue here as Ginger thinks the cage belongs to him. Well, he would, since he spent 2 weeks confined in it when he was bitten by Mr Quack.

The 3 workers working for Mdm. Tan at the shelter left without a word today leaving Mdm. Tan to handle the shelter work alone. With the near 300 dogs and cats (the number has increase tremendously since she took over all the dogs caught by MPSP), we would appreciate some help from the Public to introduce workers/loan your workers/volunteer at the shelter temporary until we managed to find replacement. There were 4 newborn puppies that currently foster by a good Samaritan who also happen to be this idiot's neighbor. Reason these puppies need to be foster was because they were found at a construction site (high risk) and just recently 2 had died and so this good Samaritan has offered to take them in until MDDB hold our Adoption Drive coming mid-month. Starry Is Back Home (and Neutered)!

Surprisingly the vet was very free today (where is the Saturday crowd??) so before 3pm, the vet’s assistant called to say I could already take Starry home.
We’re going home now, Starry!
Timmy was the first to greet Starry.
Daffodil and Rosie were also around. Ginger must have gone to his other house to hang out.
