On Monday, 4 March 2013, SBS called to inform us that one of their bus drivers had accidentally knocked into a mongrel upon one of his bus routes . Our Animal Rescue Officers were notified of the incident, and immediately went to the site. But due to the impact of the collision, the dog did not survive.
We are indeed saddened that the animal could not be saved, however, we would like to commend SBS for taking the initiative to contact us on this situation which required urgent attention.

A young male straying in the neighborhood at Batu Ferringhi. Hoping someone will have a loving heart and a space at home to take in this sweetie. He is always being bullied by the older strays around especially during feeding time. The older strays always ate up his share. And often he has been found with wounds on his body or limping on 3 legs due to being attacked by other dogs and all these while I managed to nurse him back to health.
