We are appealing for witnesses or any leads for the case of a dead cat that appears to have been badly neglected. On the morning of 21 May 2013, the police were alerted to an object that was buried opposite Blk 9 on North Bridge Road, next to the bin centre. It was later discovered that the object was a dead cat wrapped in blue and white towels. Signs of neglect were evident.
