This lil'puppy was rescued by Perveen last night from the streets around Prangin Mall area.
The puppy was found hopping like a bunny on the busy road and risk being knocked down by passing cars.
Perveen stopped and got down from the car to chase after the puppy. She got a shocked of her life when she found a wire tied on to the puppy's 2 hind legs...No wonder he was hopping all around!
We believed he must have been caught for consumption purpose as there was also tied marks on his mout...

Spaying Sponsorship For 1 Female Cat In Skudai (Norshahadah Bt Rusli’s)
