So, it looks like everything’s back to normal.
And oh, I must apologise for the codename “Agent Orange” as I could not for the life of me (at the time, this morning in my exhilaration) recall whether it is the name of a deadly chemical weapon in Vietnam OR the name of a food colouring (which I now remember is “Tartrazine”), so I just went with the name.

The flier below was presented to SPCA yesterday 7th August to help circulate as the dogs were not found since then. Owner Ivan Pang has distributed fliers and hung banners in town for the return of his 2 dogs. Banners went missing too. This is the culture of some Penangnites who have the habit of removing banners from the streets even though they were licenced by MPPP. Our three banners for our 18/8 SPCA Family Carnival hung at various places had the same fate too.

So there I was cycling on my pink bicycle, doing my fourth round when suddenly, one of the walkers excitedly waved at me and pointed towards an orange object at the playground which looked suspiciously like a….cat!

Repainting Pole’s Condo

The bottom half of Pole’s condo is quite badly rusted – thanks to Indy, Bunny and Cow’s constant spraying.
I’ve been wanting to remove the rust and repaint it so that it would at least last a bit longer.
Today seems as good a day as any to do it, what with the reasonably strong sun and all.
I’d already scraped off some of the rust two days ago. But guess I did not do such a good job.
Quality control supervisors kept a keen eye on the job in progress.

An Update On The Two Mother-Dogs From SS19 (Then Lai Fatt’s)

Here is a quick update on the two mother-dogs after our conversation with Ah Fatt a few minutes ago. Ah Fatt has not settled the boarding bill with the vet yet as the second mother-dog was still boarding at the clinic until today.
In fact, Ah Fatt just relocated the second mother-dog this evening and has just reached home.
Both mother-dogs are safe now, and are together (they are sisters).
